Exodus 16:1-20
After the miraculous exodus from Egypt, amazing the Hebrews started to grumble. If we grumble against our leaders, we are grumbling against God (vs 8). God wanted to teach His people to depend on Him daily. If they tried to gather manna for two days, it would be filled with maggots (v.20). Some people ate more than others, but each person had all they needed (v18). God always takes care of all our needs big or small. (Manna means "what is it?")

The Bible of the first century disciples was the Old Testament

1. Daily Prayer

• Study the Bible with your discipleship partner - not just with people before baptism (Romans 10:17)
• Help pick out great books and study guides for you younger disciple's QTs

• Develop your schedule centered around the Kingdom schedule
• Services
• D-Times
• Workshops
• Family Group
• Major chruch events
• Make a weekly schedule - work with your disciple, not just tell him, "Do It!"
• 1 Timothy 2:9-10 - Discipled dressing and actions...no flirting...wearing nothing sexually alluring
