There is not substitute for getting with people
No such thing as assembly line discipleship
You must be a personal guardian to those you lead.
It is your job to:
Stay with them as much as possible
Study the Bible and pray together
Answer their questions
Clarify the truth
Seeking together to help others
If it took three years to develop His disciples by getting with them, how much more should we get together with those that have not physically have seen Jesus? How much longer will it take (not seeing them all the time)?
