Who is Jesus? God In Action

Out of the 52 recorded narrative parables, 20 depict Jesus in imagery which the Old Testmanet typically refers to God

Jesus acted as if he was God:

• Your sins are forgiven - Mark 2:10-11
• All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me - Matthew 28:18
• Gave commandments - John 13:34
• Requested prayer in His name - John 14:13-14
• No one to be worshiped except God alone; Jesus accepted worship from:
  • A healed leper - Matthew 8:2
  • A ruler whose son Jesus had healed - Matthew 9:18
  • The disciples after a storm - Matthew 15:25
  • The mother of James and John - Matthew 20:20
  • A Gerasene demoniac - Mark 5:6
  • A healed blind man - John 9:38
  • All the disciples - Matthew 28:17
  • Thomas: My Lord and my God - John 20:28
• Commanded those worshipped him - John 20:29

Since Jesus claimed to be God, he can't be just a great moral teacher and not be God. He would not be a good teacher if he was a liar. 

But being a liar does not match the facts. He would not have liad down unless he was telling the truth

Lunacy does not fit either; Jesus utter some of the most profound sayings ever recorded. Even His enemies claimed that Jesus was a man of integrity and taught the truth - Mark 12:14

We are left with only one conclusion, Jesus is Lord
