Challenging God

There once was a man who challenged God to Speak
Lord show me a burning bush, like you did for Moses
Then I will follow You

Let the Walls come down as for Joshua,
Lord Then I will fight

Make the storm die down just as you did for the Disciples, Lord
Then I will obey You.

So the man went and sat next to a bush, against a wall, on a beach and waited for the Lord to speak

And God heard the man and answered:

He sent a Fire, not for a bush, but for a church
He let a wall fall down, but not made of stone, but of sin
He quieted the storm, but not on sea, but inside a soul

And then God waited for the man to React
He waited
And waited
And waited

But the man looked at shrubs and not at hearts! And the man looked at stones and not lives, to oceans and not
souls And decided that God did nothing!!!!

Eventually he looked at the Lord and asked HAVE YOU LOST YOUR POWER?

And God looked at the man and asked HAVE YOU LOST YOUR HEARING??
