How are you doing?
The beginning is always the hardest.
Why is that?
• need to set a pattern or routine
• obstacles need to be removed
• discouragements
Do you that Satan realizes this too!
Whether:
• starting to learn about God
• you have been a disciple for a while
Satan doesn't want you to grow!
What are Satan's Tricks?
• Let's look at some.
• If we know what Satan’s schemes
are then it will be harder for him to trick us.

would not have to worry about his disciples.
Trick #1 - immediate gratification
vs 3 Jesus turn stones into bread
• bread not a buffet
How do trick us like that?
• Sleeping instead of spending time in God's word
• Anything that is only for our pleasure
Trick #2 - Doubt
vs 5-6 "If you are the Son of God:"
How does this hurt us?
• Sit and analyze
Trick #3 - Fear of losing, fortune or glory
vs 8-9 power and position
How do trick us like that?
