Wisdom

December 12th, 2008

Leadership when distilled down to its most basic elements is: motivating and directing people. Wisdom is thus definitely required for Spiritual leadership because the road that Christians walk is narrow and hard. Expert guidance is needed to keep people from wandering off. Wisdom, according to Webster, in a biblical sense is: "Right judgment concerning spiritual and moral truth." Therefore the leader needs to know the will of God for human behavior and relationships and accurately apply those principles to the situation at hand. Wisdom also imparts the necessary balance to a leader and delivers him from eccentricity or extravagance.

    gold.
